Friday Flash

Posted by Happy - Apr 10, 2009

Oh look. This week's Friday Flash is actually on time. How Nice. (thanks to a few who contributed reviews/suggestions, and obviously the authors of these flash games)

1. Me and the Key - This puzzle starts off with virtually no instructions for the gamer, leaving the gamer confused. Nevertheless, an energetic beat gives the gamer the motivation to keep on going and figure out whats going on. Colors were generally nicely chosen, although a bit more coherence in the game would be a bonus.

2. Effing Hail -A rather interesting simulation game where your objective is to destroy things with your awesome wind powers that control the hail and make it larger and larger as you juggle these ice balls around never stoping to take a breath but continuously keeping these balls in the air until you decide to release it. Then boom.

3. Escape the Red Giant - Blast your way through space and collect millions of points while performing unbelievable combos. There are definitly tricks to this game and once you figure them out you'll realize you can go quite fast.

4. GluFO 2.0 - GlueFO is back, this time with 3 game modes, 8 challenges, 42 awards and new upgrades. GlueFO manufacturers could not afford conventional weaponry due to a credit crunch, use your GluVex 3000 to capture and fling the tiny orbs!

5. Sniper: Year One - In this shooter, you are to complete various sniper missions for the organization you work for. Read the briefings carefully to know how to accomplish your goals - some require some careful planning, others require speed.
