A Steaming Plate of Arguments

Posted by just.fyi - Sep 25, 2009

Just FYI.

Do you ever bite into a juicy argument and chew on it angrily for hours?
And when you've finally solved the issue and swallowed it, its still hard to digest.
Sometimes they leave a bitter aftertaste, even when youve tried to swallow litres and litres of water...
No matter how hard you try to wash the taste away, its still there, a faint yet irritating memory.

Sometimes, arguments are spicy.
They sting and burn your tongue, leaving you a numb feeling afterwards.
They can be so spicy they bring tears to your eyes.
And as the tears roll down your face you get a feeling of shame, disgust, embarassment...

Other times, arguments make you want to puke.
To purge all those bad feelings situated deep in the pit of your stomach.
You want to feel the acidic burn against the inside of your throat even if you know its bad for you.

Even when you've finally satisfied your hunger, you know youre gonna sink your teeth in the poison sometime soon....
No matter what, you will hate yourself afterwards.
You risked your health to eat this dumb little argument.
And the worst thing is, you've gained the calories from it too.
