17 Again

Posted by just.fyi - Apr 18, 2009

just fyi,

I really wanna see 17 Again!! (in case you dont know what this movie is, its about this guy who's 37 turns 17 again)
The plot is totally impossible but still, zac efron is so hot with those aviators lol =]

Anyway, the movie got me thinking.
What happens if you COULD go back in time?
What would you change? How would whatever you changed affect your life now?
It's like the butterfly effect...i never actually watched that movie though....
What would happen if this morning, instead of brushing my teeth first, i decided to take a shower? Would something completely different have happened? Maybe that would've slowed me down by 10 minutes resulting in me being late for class. Then, because I was running to class I tripped and broke my leg, and in the hospital I bumped into Taylor Lautner who was also in the hospital!!! LOL

On a more serious note, do you ever wonder if in a moment of having to make a difficult decision what would happen if you took a different path?
I find it so hard to fathom what would happen if i decided to go to a different school. All my friends, my teachers, everyone I know would be different.
Would my life be better? worse? the same?
A lot of people say that if they had to do something again they wouldn't.
But what happens if you had made a bad decision?
would you still decide not to redo it?
i mean, afterall, it could be a learning experience right?
without the road bumps in life wouldnt driving get boring?

What do you think? Would you ever redo something given the chance?

I would go bak in time?
Undo the embarrassing moments.
Undo the getting into trouble.
Undo the swearing.
Undo the retardedness.
Undo the lack of height (or redo).
Undo (the) school
Undo mah life...

...but thinking about it again, I wouldn't undo anything at all.

i've made many mistakes, and as much as i want to change them, living with those mistakes have helped shaped me.
