How to Fall Down a Flight of Stairs

1) Lower your center of gravity.

2) Do not attempt to break your fall.
Using hands or wrists may cause broken wrists.

3) Move to the inside of the wall is there one.

4) Tuck.

5) Roll in a Zigzag Pattern
Concentrate on rolling on major muscle groups: Back, shoulders, thighs, rear end
Zigzag motion will help reduce speed and maintain control
