Foot + Toot + L = Flootoot

Guys. You may not have noticed but there seem to be some spiffy new hand sanitizer dispenser things all around Saints (yes, it’s true. If you try really hard, you may be able to find one or two.) And. Yes. After seeing just one or two, you might find yourself stuttering.. why… now… why now all of a sudden.

Well. The simple answer is. The school has failed its first hygiene test… but that’s not the only thing it’s failed......

Since St. George’s school for boys is the top private school in BC (and probably second in all of Canada), the school decides to dispatch a team of highly trained monkeys to deal with this situation. After an extensive board meeting, the monkeys come up with the phrase - “It’s cool to be clean” (what other explanation is there)

Honestly, I appreciate the school for addressing this issue. I’m sure that most public schools have trouble obtaining fresh water. Really. Good try. Wrong approach – bring that assembly down to the junior school and it may be better off. When it comes to hygiene. A few good reminders every now and then and perhaps some strong words from Patel should do the trick. Those who didn’t care before, won’t care now just because of that “awesome” assembly.
